SBR在难降解有机物处理中的研究与应用
SBR处理难降解有机物的运行模式处理对象运行模式处理结果含二硝基苯酚废水48h=0.8h+44.8h+1.8h+0.6h+0苯胺类有机废水24h=1h+5h+1h+1h+16h进水COD150~500mg/L,苯胺800~1800mg/L。
去除率分别99%、90%,COD负荷2.7kg/(m3.d)含酚、o—甲酚废水24h=5h+15g+3g+1g+0酚负荷:100~800g/(m3.d),o—甲酚负荷100~600g/(m3.d),去除率均>99.5%造纸废水8h=1h+6h+0.5h+0.5h+0焦化废水24h+4h+12h+3~5h+2h+3~6hNH3-N、COD的去除率分别为82.5%、65.2%印染废水8h=3h+3h+1h+1h+0进水COD600~1000mg/L、BOD5130~300mg/L,色度400~2000时去除率分别80%—90%、85%、90%皮革废水21h=3h+4h+2h+2h+10h四环素生产废水12h=0.5h+8h+1h+0.5h+2hCOD、四环素去除率分别为75%~80%、40%土霉素生产废水12h=2h+7h+1h+1h+1h进水COD1600~12000mg/L,去除率达80%以上中药材生产废水24h=0.5h+11.5h+0.5h+0.5h+11h COD、NH3-N去除率分别为88%、62%乐果废水12h=1h+7h+2h+1h+1h注48h=8h+44.8h+1.8h+0.6h+0表示运行周期为48h,进水、反应、沉淀、滗水、闲置时间分别为:0.8h、44.8h、1.8h、0.6h和0h。加入酚降解高效菌ATCC 11172后,通过好氧亚断裂途径将多环酚转化为邻苯二酚,使酚去除率高达95%~100%。
